Buying a service is different from buying a product – it can feel confusing and frustrating due to unclear steps and expectations. We strive to make this process transparent and easy to understand, ensuring a smooth experience with clear communication every step of the way.

Select Your Service

Go to Shop page and Order inspection you want. You don’t pay anything at this point.

Step 02

Send Your Device

Send in your item(s) and update the inbound tracking number on your account’s order page.

Step 03

Make a Payment

Only pay for what you get – service that you received and shipping the item(s) back to you safely.

Step 03

Receive your Device

After payment is received – Downloads and Outbound Tracking is updated and item(s) goes back.

Complete order status updates

So that you are always in the loop of what is happening with your precious cartridge!

Waiting for the Client to Provide the Inbound Tracking Number

At this point you have made an order and we are waiting for you to provide us with Inbound Tracking Number of your shipment.

Waiting to Receive an Item

You have provided the Inbound Tracking Number, ensuring we won’t miss your shipment. We are now waiting for it to arrive.

Item Received – Processing Your Order

We have received your cartridge and working on the analysis you have ordered. This step usually takes less than 5 business days.

Pending Payment

We have finished working on you order and your analysis report is ready. Now we are waiting for you to make a payment.

Updating Downloads and Outbound Tracking Number

Payment is received and we are working to provide you with you Outbound Tracking Number and Downloads. This usually takes no more that 1 business day.

Completed! Tracking and Downloads Available

At this point your order is completed. You can now download the test reports for the analysis that you have ordered and your item(s) are on their way back to you.

What type of service do I need?

TLDR;

Where are you located?

Our shop is based in Lithuania, Europe. Since the cartridge is a small device, shipping it Worldwide is not a problem.

What if I’m outside of EU?

Then shipping process is slightly more complex. We will provide you with a Proforma Invoice, which you must include alongside the appropriate customs form (CN22 or CN23, depending on the item’s value). In the “Category of goods” section of the customs form, please specify “OTHER: For inspection (not for sale)”. By following these steps, the items will enter the European Union as a temporary import, thereby avoiding import duties and import VAT.

Why is the outbound shipping price preliminary?

This is a temporary measure. At the moment, we are unable to calculate the shipping price during checkout. Instead of adding this uncertainty to our service price or inflating the shipping cost, we will update the outbound shipping price after checkout. This process typically takes about one business day.

Why I see “Your Shipping Price is Not Updated”?

This is a temporary notice. You will soon receive a notification with your exact Outbound Shipping Price and this notification will change to ‘Your Shipping Price was Updated”.

How much does it really cost to ship items back?

It’s usually within ±25% of the preliminary price. However, certain shipping zones in Europe and the United States, such as islands or remote areas, may incur significantly higher costs.

Why are there no shipping options for my address?

Preliminary Outbound Shipping prices are set only for the European Union and the United States. However, you can still place an order, and we will contact you with the exact shipping price for your location.

Who is responsible for shipping and when?

The client is responsible for shipping the item to us and ensuring its safe arrival (Inbound Shipping). When shipping from outside the EU, the client must provide the appropriate customs declaration form for temporary import. Failure to do so may result in the shipment being declined to avoid incurring import taxes. Once we accept delivery, we take responsibility for handling the item with care and for shipping it back to the client (Outbound Shipping). All return shipments will be marked as “returned goods” to ensure that the client will not incur any import taxes. All return shipments will also be insured for the value specified in the order.

Do I need to declare the value when placing an order?

This is not strictly necessary; you can enter zero euros. However, if the package is lost during return shipping, the maximum compensation you can receive is the standard mail coverage, which is approximately 80 euros. This is standard for all courier services.

How much does outbound shipping insurance cost?

Shipping insurance with UPS costs 1% of the declared value and is already included in the checkout calculation.
